Opportunity
This is a transactional legal role working within a highly specialised team of lawyers that supports the business with legal advice on all maritime law matters.
Your main responsibility will be to provide advice and legal support for our vessel sale and purchase activities, fleet asset divestments, recycling and any connected sale and leaseback transactions.
You will oversee and drive engagement between Legal and the Vessel Portfolio Management and Newbuilding teams that are organized under our Chartering department. You will play a key role in supporting and developing our existing contractual frameworks, terms and conditions and end-to-end processes as well as providing day-to-day advice on all aspects of the transactional side of our vessel asset portfolio.
